The ASC website is now pleased to offer content open only to ASC Members. In order to access this content, you must create a unique user ID and password and LOGIN to the ASC website.
The procedure is quite simple. Create an account and when it is verified, you can login. Your account is checked by the ASC Webmaster; it is not an automatic process, and might take a few hours or days depending on if the ASC webmaster is online or not. Please be patient.
Here are the details on how to register and access this information.
How to Register (instruction)
In order to access the Member Zone, only ASC Members in good standing can register. Your registration is checked against the then current membership list. Members who have applied for membership and have not been approved can not register until they are full members.
- On the horizontal Menu, look for the Member Zone button

- You will need to click either the Create an Account link or REGISTER link.
You will be directed to a Registration page. All fields marked with an asterisk (*) as they are required.
- Usernames must be unique (and are case sensitive) – so if the username you requested is already taken, you will need to submit another until the system accepts your username/password.
- After you enter your registration, you will get a message on the Front Page of the ASC website, just below the horizontal menu saying that your account has been successfully created.

- You will also receive an email (check all your folders, including your spam folder) saying:
“Thank you for registering at American Spaniel Club Inc. - Home of the Cocker Spaniel. Your account is created and must be activated before you can use it.
To activate the account click on the following link or copy-paste it in your browser”.
You must click on the link or copy-paste it in your browser to continue with the process. - When you click (or copy/paste) the link you’ll see on the ASC website:

You must wait for the ASC webmaster to verify your name as a member and that all your contact information is up to date. Make sure the ASC Membership Chair (Kevin Carter:

You can now LOGIN to the ASC website and you’ll see an extended menu such as this one on the right. If you forgot either your Username or Password click on the appropriate buttons to reset or to remind you.
- If you are having issues with the process, please contact the ASC Webmaster.
