Crating area reservations procedure

In an effort to facilitate crating area reservations and better serve the handler/exhibitor, the following information is required when submitting the Crating Area Reservation Form

• NO un-entered dogs!
• ALL reservations must be postmarked. No phone or e-mail reservations will be honored.
• Reservations postmarked AFTER the specified deadline will NOT be honored UNTIL all other crating reservations have been assigned.
• If "Overnight" delivery service is used, send as "NO SIGNATURE REQUIRED".
• In the event that it becomes necessary to contact the originator of the reservations, collect telephone calls will be made. (Failure to accept charges will jeopardize reservations.)
• NO "soft-sided" crates are allowed in conformation grooming area.
• ALL conformation crates are to be stacked.
• "Soft-sided" crates ARE allowed in "General Set-up Area" for Obedience/Rally exhibitors.
• NO ringside crating.
• BATHING of dogs permitted ONLY in SPECIFIED BATHING AREA.
• GROOMING of dogs permitted ONLY in the Tack area!
• All Tack Area Space must be reserved!
• ALL X-Pens and Set-Up areas must be labeled with Exhibitor's Name.
• ALL Exhibitors must place newspaper and sawdust chips under their X-Pens and change DAILY.
• ALL Exhibitors with X-Pens are required to remove all newspapers and sawdust when breaking down after the show.
• NO DOGS Allowed in hotel rooms!

The Crating Area Reservation Fee and Tack Room Chair to be announced.
Branching or multiplying devices for extending of outlets from this source must have self-contained circuit breakers. An additional fee will be assessed to those exhibitors whose outlet configurations result in blown fuses.
