POSTMARKED DEADLINE FOR RESERVATIONS: June 27, 2012
The tack room will not be available before Tuesday, July 17, 2012 – time to be published in the judging schedule. Assignment of reserved grooming space is a privilege that can be withdrawn from those who do not follow the rules, regulations and instructions of the American Spaniel Club or their agents.
ALL X-PENS MUST BE LABLED WITH EXHIBITOR’S NAME - BRING YOUR OWN PLASTIC AND PAPER, SHAVING, ETC.
A SHOW COMMITTEE HEARING WILL BE HELD IF SANITARY CONDITIONS ARE NOT MAINTAINED
Thru the Generosity of the Agility, Obedience & Rally Exhibitors of Zone V, the crating fees have been covered for all Performance Exhibitors.
Performance crating will be near the rings in the Great Hall.
It is a Policy of the Purina Events Center that these crates have mats, carpet or something under them that will protect the floor
ASC PIG PATROL
The ASC Pig Patrol will again be attending our National to be sure things are being well kept. The tack and crating areas will be patrolled throughout the day and evening to be sure things are kept clean. At the end of each day “tickets” will be issued to all. If you receive a “good guy” ticket you will be able to add it to a contest to possibly win a prize. Please plan on keeping things clean!
