Move-ups

Dog must be moved up at least one-half hour prior to the start of the second Test.
Dogs so moved up will be placed at the end of the drawn running order. 

Refunds, Scratches, No Shows

Entry fees paid for a bitch withdrawn because of coming into season or for a dog withdrawn because of an injury or illness, or for a dog which dies, shall be refunded in full by test giving club. Prior to paying such refund, club may require an appropriate veterinary certificate. Requests and documentation must be presented prior to the test. There will be no refunds for “no shows”. Entry fees will not be refunded in event a dog is disqualified, excused by a judge or barred from the test by action of Hunt Test Committee. No entry fee will be refunded if test cannot be started or completed by reason of riots, civil disturbance, act of God, public emergency, or any other cause beyond the control of the Hunt Test Committee.  

Location of the hunt test

Take Hwy 44 East from Holiday Inn, Host Hotel.
Exit 264 take ramp right MO-109
Turn right on MO 109 you will go approx 2 miles
Turn left onto W, you will be on Hwy W for about 6.5 miles
Turn right onto MO-30 (West Gravois Rd) for 13 miles
Turn left onto State Hwy Y for 1 mile
Right onto State Rd WW for 8.3 miles. Big white sign at top of a hill for the hunt club, turn left onto gravel road that goes directly to club.
Note: the Big white sign, sits back a little bit on left side of road, you have to keep an eye out for it or you will pass it up before you see it

Food Available At Test Site 

Lunch will be available each day at Club House.
Charge per lunch is $6.00
(There are not any close places around the hunt test site.)
Passes will be handed out for those that bought lunch day of hunt test.
